You can be rest assured that these ARE NOT worn out, tired or destroyed chairs. We take great pride in offering factory-reconditioned products that are as close to "new" as the factory can make them. Our factory-reconditioned products have undergone an extensive testing and evaluation process by the factory technicians (not a reseller). All massage mechanism components have been replaced with factory-fresh parts. Upholstery is factory-fresh. Where necessary, scratched parts have been replaced with factory-fresh parts.  Minor blemishes are unavoidable but rare for these quality chairs.

RETURNS: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back to us), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.

The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require minor assembly.
